As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with pupils who require additional help in their learning. Your role will be essential in creating an inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with learning needs.
- Work with teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions that support pupil progress.
- Assist pupils in developing confidence and independence in their learning.
- Support the emotional and social well-being of pupils, encouraging positive relationships.
- Help maintain a focused and supportive classroom environment.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role, preferably with SEN experience.
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- An interest in promoting inclusive education and supporting individual needs.
