Position: Male Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Male Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in Enfield. You will work closely with students across either primary or secondary levels, providing essential support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, focusing on students' specific SEMH requirements.
