The Role
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Enfield, North London
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Long Term, Full-time
- Salary: £95 - £105 per day (DOE)

Who Are We Looking For?
- We are seeking passionate individuals to work closely with students who have ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties.
- Experienced SEN professionals OR recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or similar fields with a keen interest in SEN
- Individuals with a caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Those eager to help children build confidence and achieve their potential
- Someone who enjoys working one-on-one or in small groups to provide personalized support
Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Provide tailored 1:1 and group support
- Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities
- Help students feel confident in and out of the classroom
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Be a positive role model and create a safe, engaging environment
