As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our students receive the care and guidance they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students can flourish.
• Supporting students in developing vital social, emotional, and academic skills to help them grow holistically.
• Monitoring student progress and sharing valuable feedback with teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assisting with classroom management and behavior support, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning space.

To excel as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll need:

• Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

• Relevant qualifications or training in special education would be a bonus.
