About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant who:

· Can provide one-to-one and small group interventions to enhance learning and social development.

· Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.

· Has a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students in a specialist setting.

Your Responsibilities:

· Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development within a structured ASD provision.

· Implement tailored learning strategies, including visual aids, sensory techniques, and alternative communication methods.

· Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies.

· Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised support plans.

· Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
