Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Salary: £80-£100 per day.
- Location: Schools across North London, particularly within the borough of Enfield, including areas like Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver tailored interventions and support strategies.

- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' social and emotional development.
We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with students.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff and parents.
