I am currently working with a few lovely schools in Enfield who are urgently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support their pupils to start immediately.

About the role:

The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

  • Autism (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Learning difficulties such as ADHD and challenging behaviours
  • Complex needs and PMLD (Profound, Multiple Learning Disabilities)

We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with severe ASC and profound, multiple learning disabilities and are enthusiastic about raising the attainment of their pupils. You will ideally have experience in supporting children with special educational needs or will have a passion for working with students with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs.
