Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and deliver interventions that meet the specific needs of each student.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, helping students build confidence and social skills.
- Assist with managing classroom behaviour, promoting positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school or similar setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach, with a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
