Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support students with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, and Severe Learning Difficulties.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to implement personalised learning plans and targeted interventions.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps students feel safe and valued.
- Assist with behaviour management and promote positive social interactions in the classroom.
We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with SEN students, particularly in a primary school setting.
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to helping children with additional needs.
