Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Salary: 80-100 per day.
- Location: Schools across East London, particularly within the borough of Waltham Forest, including areas such as Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions that support individual student progress.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive socially and academically.
- Assist with managing classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive social interaction.
We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school or similar setting.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting students' development.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
