Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Salary: £80-£100 per day.
- Location: Primary schools across Enfield, including areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills, offering guidance and support.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure students can access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.
We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
