- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement personalized learning plans.
- Help manage classroom activities, ensuring that all students can participate fully.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- A positive, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
