The Role:
  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant.

Your Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them engage with lessons and achieve their targets.
  • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and support the pupil's emotional needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create and adapt learning plans.
  • Build a trusting relationship with the pupil to foster confidence and independence.
