We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Primary School in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with children who require additional support in their learning and development. You will play a key role in helping our students achieve their potential, both academically and socially, by providing individual and group support tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons to children with SEN.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promote an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students to support their development.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting.
