Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant ready to support pupils with a range of complex learning and behavioural needs? Reeson Education is working with a well-resourced primary school in Enfield that is looking for a confident and reliable SEN TA to support children both 1:1 and in small groups, particularly in their specialist SEN provision.

You'll Need To Have as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
  • Prior experience working as an SEN TA or Learning Support Assistant

  • A good understanding of complex needs and inclusive strategies

  • A caring, proactive, and team-focused attitude

  • A DBS on the update service or readiness to apply
