SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support | £80-£100 Per Day | North London

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with complex needs. This rewarding role is based in the borough of Enfield, covering areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, and Palmers Green.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with complex needs, fostering their learning and personal development.

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued.

What We're Looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with children who have complex needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
  • A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, pupils, and their families.
  • Previous experience in an SEN setting or relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 in Childcare or SEN-related training.
