The Role:- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Flexible Work).
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can fully engage with learning in a variety of primary schools across Enfield.
Responsibilities:- Support children with ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties in mainstream or SEN settings.
- Help to implement individual learning plans to support pupil progress.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt teaching materials and strategies.
- Build confidence, resilience, and independence in pupils with additional needs.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, bringing a proactive and flexible approach.
- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with pupils.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An interest in SEN strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or sensory learning techniques (beneficial but not essential).
- A flexible mindset, ready to work across different schools in Enfield.
