We are currently working with a Specialist SEND School in Enfield who are looking for a proactive and hands on Children's Support Worker to join their School.

The Role

 As a SEND Support Worker you will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Physical disabilities, hearing impairments and visual impairments.

The pupils you are working with may have limited communication skills and some may be non- verbal. You will be supporting pupils in groups and on a 1:1 basis and there may be personal care aspects of the role. 

The School are looking for people who are passionate about the well being and education of children and young people with special educational needs as well as social, emotional and mental health needs.

The School is a innovative special needs School for children and young people aged 4-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties such as Autism, Physical and Sensory disabilities. 

The pupils will follow an individualised curriculum and be stimulated and challenged to reach their full potential.
