• Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom and during activities

• Working closely with teachers and specialists to deliver personalized learning
• Helping students manage challenges and celebrate every milestone, big or small!

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with SEN, particularly with complex needs, SEMH, ASD, or challenging behaviour (a plus, but not essential training will be provided!)
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across a range of ages and abilities
