Key Responsibilities:- Teach and support students with special educational needs (SEN), delivering tailored lessons to meet their needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that focus on developing independence skills, employability, and life skills.
- Inspire, encourage, and support learners to achieve their goals and prepare for future opportunities.
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that allows learners to thrive.
- Use creative and innovative teaching approaches to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
- A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field, along with experience working with learners with SEN.
- A passion for working with students who require additional support and a commitment to improving their outcomes.
- Creative teaching techniques and the ability to deliver best teaching practices.
- Strong communication, patience, and empathy to engage and motivate learners.
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Hourly pay: £20 - £35 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
