Horizon teachers are seeking a SEN Teacher to join a dynamic, multicultural primary school based in Ealing. Under the leadership of the SENDCo, they are looking to employ a confident individual who will take responsibility for the teaching and pastoral support of up to ten EYFS and KS1 children in their Soft Hub'.

Job description:
Plan and prepare resources for individual and/or small group activities with a focus on a multi-sensory approach which is child centred and considers the needs of individual pupils. including EHCP or LSP targets
Evaluate pupils' progress, achievement and attainment, and report to the SENCO
Attend statutory annual reviews or other related meetings about pupils in the ARP
