Are you a passionate educator looking to make a real impact? LTS Group is seeking dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide one-to-one, face-to-face tuition for young people (ages 4-25) with additional needs who are currently out of school.

Who We’re Looking For:

? Qualified Teachers (QTS preferred, but not essential)? Experienced in SEN - Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs? Patient & Adaptable - Able to engage and motivate students? Organised & Professional - Excellent communication and leadership skills? Creative Thinkers - Able to tailor lessons to individual student needs

What You’ll Do:

Provide personalised tuition to students outside of mainstream educationHelp them progress academically and sociallyTravel between students' locations (own transport is beneficial)

If you have experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or tutoring, we’d love to hear from you! Many of our successful tutors come from diverse backgrounds, and we offer full support, resources, and online materials.
