Fire Engineering Supervisor Job Overview
Our client, a large commercial fire and security company, is seeking an experienced Fire Engineering Supervisor to join their growing team. Offering a competitive salary between 42,000 - 48,000 per annum, this role consists of leading and developing a team of engineers focused on fire and life safety systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising the service and reactive calls, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring high customer service.
You will be tasked with monitoring KPI's to ensure the team is as effective as possible, providing high levels of technical support to the team, ensuring compliance is up to date and, collaborating with other supervisors to maintain company values. For this role, you will need to be based in and around Watford.
Fire Engineering Supervisor Job Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire and life safety systems.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop engineering teams.
* High level of technical knowledge within the fire safety industry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
* Ability to pass security clearance for industry-specific contracts
Fire Engineering Supervisor Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary between 42,000 - 48,000 per annum.
* 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
* 9-day working fortnight.
* 25 days annual leave, increasing to 35 days with service, plus Bank Holidays.
