Sonic Summary

We are seeking a mobile cleaner for our client located in the Enfield area.
The position requires general cleaning duties, gardening, and graffiti removal within a 35-mile radius of the depot.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance roles.
A valid driving license is mandatory for this position, as a company vehicle will be provided.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are recruiting for a mobile cleaner for our client based in the Enfield area

Located in Enfield you will be issued a company vehicle and required to work within a 35-mile radius of the depot.

The Role:

· General cleaning duties and Gardening on housing estates, commercial and residential properties

· Removal of graffiti as and when required.

· Communal Block Cleaning.

· Clean and maintain shared areas within residential buildings, including lobbies, hallways, and common rooms.

· Regularly empty trash bins and replace bin liners in communal spaces.

· Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning.

· Some removal of bulk items

· always Adhering to Health and Safety procedures when at external locations.

· You must hold a current driving license for this position.
