Location: North LondonSalary: £46,000 + Quarterly Bonuses up to £2,000Package: Company car or £6,000 allowance, Pension, Private Healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Coach, train and inspire store teams to excel
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Create development plans that align people growth with business needs
  • Contribute to succession planning across the district

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Analyse sales performance and implement actions for growth
  • Support store teams in customer engagement and conversion
  • Monitor and respond to customer trends and feedback
  • Shape our offer to reflect customer demand

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee store operations and planning
  • Support with rota and staff scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with admin and financial processes
  • Maintain and drive operational standards
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a multi-site retail leadership role
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial acumen
  • Tech-savvy: Confident with MS Office and data analysis
