Our client, a well-established company in Enfield, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with proven leadership experience to oversee operations across a 130-building site. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your supervisory skills while managing a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations across a 130-building site
- Manage and support a team of 4 engineers, ensuring efficient workflow
- Collaborate with and assist the Electrical Supervisor in planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle scheduling, inspections, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related trade (electrical background preferred)
- Previous experience as a supervisor, managing teams effectively
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to step back from hands-on work and focus on supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
