- As the Hire Desk Manager, you will manage and oversee a team of 6 Hire Controllers and 7 drivers to ensure efficient daily operations.
- You will coordinate daily activities and schedules, ensuring the timely delivery and collection of equipment.
- You'll work closely with the Workshop Foreman to ensure the availability, maintenance, and readiness of powered access equipment
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients regarding powered access hire, site access, and scheduling.
- Monitor and optimise the use of resources, including powered access, to maximise efficiency.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Hire Desk Manager or a similar role in the Hire industry
