I.T. and Website Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Network and Equipment Management:

Basic understanding and maintenance of networks and related equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.

Understanding of Cloud solutions.

Microsoft Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.

Ensure all systems and software are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

NAV and Business Central:

Ideally, have previous knowledge and experience with Microsoft NAV and Business Central.

Manage and maintain the software to support business operations.

Website and Online Services Maintenance:

Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of the company website.

Manage other online services and ensure they are running smoothly.

Administrative Reporting:

Run and generate administrative reports for management.

Utilize Jet Reporting to create detailed and accurate reports.

Mail Outs and Design Coordination:

Produce and coordinate mail outs.

Liaise with the design team to create and launch mail shots at appropriate times.

Equipment Upkeep and IT Support:

Ensure all IT equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.

Perform routine updates and maintenance of IT systems.

Provide general IT support and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
