Multi-Skilled Plumber required for our client, an M+E specialist who provide the installation, servicing and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in residential and commercial sites. They require a plumber, to work around in and around the Hertfordshire, North London, Bedfordshire and Bucks areas.
The plumber will be carrying out a variety of work, including; emergency works / repairing leaks, carrying out remedial works and also occasionally carrying out small installation / replacement works, including pipework, WC's, basins and showers / baths etc. in high rise new build apartment blocks. The Plumber must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating, as a minimum. The Plumber must also be based within patch.
The Plumber would ideally be multi-skilled, carrying out basic building services works in apartment blocks, so a basic understanding of electrical power and lighting systems would be advantageous. It would also be advantageous if the plumber, has experience working in commercial plant rooms.
Plumber Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- Based on patch, within commutable distance of patch, e.g. in North London, Hertfordshire, Beds or Bucks
- Full UK driving license
- 3+ years' experience carrying out remedial and repair work on plumbing systems, e.g. leaky taps, burst pipes etc.
- Highly advantageous if the candidate has experience working in commercial plant-rooms
Plumber Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary 35,000 - 42,000 depending on experience
- Overtime

- Out of hours call out rota - to be discussed depending on skill set
- Travel pay after 30mins
