Lead Sign and Graphic Fitter

W H Bence has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Sign and Graphic Fitter to join the team at Bence Creative.

Location: Yate, Bristol (BS37 5NG)

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (OT Available, occasionally essential)

Bence Creative, part of W H Bence Coachworks, is a design led manufacturer of bespoke signage, graphics, fleet livery and interior artwork solutions. With full in-house production facilities, we are able to offer a full branding service to our clients and work with Blue Chip companies throughout the UK to advise and activate their branding.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Lead Sign and Graphic Fitter to join us from our facilities in Yate Bristol.

Lead Sign and Graphic Fitter – Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret briefs accurately with clear understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques

- Remove vinyl films from surfaces

- Fit vinyl in different environments internally within customer’s premises or externally

- Window graphic installation

- Fabrication and Assembly of signage from different materials

- Support and or install other types of signage as required

- Maintain effective communication within our small team

- Use different application techniques depending on the job

- Overnight stays/ working out of hours and weekends when needed

Lead Sign and Graphic Fitter – You:

- Must have experience in the sign industry for a minimum of 3 years

- Be proficient in the application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates including vehicles

- Able to work proactively and at times independently

- Work must be to an extremely high standard

- Comfortable working at heights

- Strong Attention to detail skills

- Team player

- Full UK Driving Licence
