W H Bence, based in Yate, Bristol, is a leading specialist coachbuilder, crafting innovative mobile medical clinics for the NHS and private health sector, command and control vehicles for emergency services, fire appliances, educational vehicles, and other prestigious projects.

Plumber – The Role:

Due to increased workloads, and operating from 4 sites in Yate, WH Bence is looking to recruit a Plumber to join the Production Team.

Daily tasks include:

- Working on different medical and emergency services vehicles

- Installation of pipework, sinks, toilets, water heaters and water pumps

- You will be working on new and old vehicles

Plumber - Requirements:

Essential:

- You will have some practical experience working in a similar role or trade

- Some wood working skills would be advantageous

- Capable of working to a hight standard on your own initiative or as part of a team

- Alongside hands on practical skills, you will have a good communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with a variety of tasks in a professional manner

- Awareness of health and safety in a workshop environment

- You will have a positive can do attitude and a willingness to train and learn new skills

- Ability to lift items regularly due to the nature of the role

Desired:

- The ideal candidate will have and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification although on the job experience will also be considered

- A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but not essential
