Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
- Carpentry
- Roofing
- Plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Respond to repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality results across a range of tasks.
- Experience in multi-trade work with a focus on housing maintenance.
- Your own van and tools (essential).
- A strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise with tenants and colleagues.
