Thorn Baker are working with a unique housing developer with a strong background in heritage and restoration who are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis in Bath for an upcoming project. The project will consist of a mix of new build houses, apartments and offices - the initial phase one of this project is scheduled for a minimum of 3 years. This is a great opportunity for an experienced site manager to join an exciting company and further their career.

- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Exposure to a number of sectors including hosuing and commercial
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a smaller, bespoke housing developer
