The role: Repairs Administrator
Contract: 3 month temporary contract
Pay: 16.50 / hour (paid weekly, via umbrella)
Working pattern: Mon Fri 08:00 17:00
Location: BA2
Responsibilities you will have as a Repairs Administrator:
- Arranging and booking in appointments
- Raising works on QL system
- Chasing repair updates
- Sending email reports
- Work tray of approx. 30-50 actions per day
As a Repairs Administrator, you must have previous experience in:
- Social housing or contractors
- Administration
- Planner, scheduler or coordinator roles
