We are currently recruiting for a kind and caring individual who is passionate about improving the lives of children with Moderate Learning Difficulty MLD. This special needs school is dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing a personalised curriculum within a safe and happy learning community as a SEN Teacher Assistant you can be part of the journey.

Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher Assistant:

• SEN Teacher Assistant keep up to date with safeguarding/health and safety issues of the school
• SEN Teacher Assistant ensure personalised approaches to overcoming barriers to learning
• As a SEN Teacher Assistant you will know that every learner is unique and how MLD can impact their learning / access to it
• As a SEN Teacher Assistant you will know learners have likes, preferences, motivators and how to engage positively and actively communicate with them

This special needs school educate 5-11 year old MLD children, enabling them to unlock their full potential and provide a great starting point in life.
