Our client’s Construction Disputes team is part of their Property and Infrastructure Disputes practice group, within the wider Commercial Disputes division. The team has a well-established reputation for handling complex, high-value disputes across the construction and engineering sectors, with particular expertise in infrastructure, energy, and civil engineering. The team represents a broad client base, including key players in industries such as:
- Power and utilities
- Rail
- Renewables
- Commercial and residential development
- Leisure and hotels
- Food and drink
- Education, health, and defence
- Provide high-quality advice on complex, high-value disputes to sophisticated commercial clients.
- Help clients achieve their objectives by crafting tailored solutions to their disputes and challenges.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution proceedings, including adjudications, mediations, and arbitrations, as well as court processes across the UK.
- Assist in drafting settlements and dispute-related agreements.
- Work closely with experienced and supportive colleagues, gaining exposure to top-tier legal expertise.
