Position Overview:
This role involves leading projects, working with customers, and ensuring that software and systems are integrated smoothly. You'll be the main person for technical support, making sure clients receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Teams and Clients: Work together to create customized mailing and eDelivery solutions
  • Develop Specifications: Write technical details to match business needs.
  • System Testing: Test systems thoroughly to ensure they work well and meet industry standards.
  • Deploy and Configure Systems: Set up and integrate systems with client infrastructure.
  • Automation: Create scripts and work flows to make deployment and delivery processes more efficient.
  • Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for technical issues and monitor system performance.
  • Documentation: Keep records of system configurations and client training materials.
  • Client Contact: Be the main technical contact for clients during and after implementation.
  • Training and Feedback: Conduct training sessions and collect feedback to improve solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance processes and stay updated on new technologies in mailing and eDelivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience in a technical implementation or support roles.
