  • Location: Nazeing
  • Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour (Weekly pay)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with one Saturday required every 6 weeks, paid at time and a half)

Key Responsibilities:As a Scheduling Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of engineers and plumbers to ensure timely job completion.
  • Validate data and verify the accuracy of completed works.
  • Ensure the correct routing of jobs.
  • Input and update data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Work closely within a strong team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in general admin is essential, and knowledge of compliance or fleet management would be an advantage.
