- Managing a complex and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.
- Leading and mentoring junior conveyancers within the team.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
- A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Extensive knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior staff.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
