My client is seeking an experienced PR & Communications Coordinator to join them during this tremendously busy growth period for this New Homes developer. In this role, you'll create engaging content, manage PR campaigns, and support both internal and external communications. Success will be measured by your ability to deliver impactful content, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and showcase measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate PR efforts, including press releases, campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with agencies, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver strategic communications.
  • Craft engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Support award submissions, internal comms, and corporate events.
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistent communication across all channels.

What We're Looking For?

  • 2 Years experience within property PR.
  • Experience with Indesign is preferable.
  • Someone with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Passion for storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Details:

  • Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm.
  • Up to £35k, depending on experience.
  • Strong progression opportunities.
