The firm is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal solutions in a fast-paced and challenging environment.I am looking for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving property department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments. This role is ideal for a solicitor who is eager to develop their expertise and progress their career within a supportive and dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements. Advise landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations.
  • Provide legal advice on property development projects, including site acquisitions, planning issues, and infrastructure agreements.
  • Liaise with developers, planners, and local authorities.
  • Advise on the property aspects of real estate finance transactions, including loan agreements, mortgages, and security documentation.
  • Assist with a range of landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and disputes.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on managing their property portfolios.
  • Conduct and manage property due diligence, including title investigations, searches, and reviewing planning and environmental issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in commercial property law and practice.
  • Ensure clients receive current and relevant advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas, contributing to a cohesive and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Support junior team members and assist with their development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
