Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy and medicines management advice, optimising medication use and minimising risks.
  • Actively contribute to the development of pharmaceutical services, ensuring safe and effective medication management within the West Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of multidisciplinary teams across various wards, units, and clinical settings.
  • Participate in clinical audits and provide input to improve clinical practices and policies.
  • Engage in educational initiatives, sharing your expertise and helping to advance the pharmacy profession.
Requirements:
  • GPHC registered pharmacist.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
