The Company:This organisation are a well-established DIY manufacturer with over 6000 products brought to market. They are looking to recruit a Product Manager to sit within their Marketing department and assist with new product development.
The Role:
- The development, introduction and marketing of new products.
- Writing technically accurate copy
- Proof-reading product manuals
- Briefing designers regarding packaging design
- Co-ordinating between different teams to ensure all departments have accurate information and are working to agreed timescales
- Preparation of Marketing Campaigns, such as developing brochures or single page releases to support product launches or promotions.
- Research into key markets for relevant product categories
- Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- This role is 100% office based.
The Person:
- Experience working within a similar role within marketing or new product development of physical products.
- Copy writing/Proof-reading experience
- Ideally have experience of technical specifications
- Able to work autonomously
- Highly organised, able to plan and meet deadlines
- Able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
Package:
- Salary circa £40,000 DOE
- Subsidised lunch
