The vacancy is within their construction division which deals with small works, refurbishments, and maintenance projects within the North Home Counties and London.
The Quantity Surveyor will support the Contracts Managers.
They are a lean team who pay contractors on-time, reward staff who do well, and in all their years of trading who have never had to lay any body off.
They encourage a professional friendly environment, with a hard working team who enjoy successes together.

Tender enquires, producing quotations, procurement, financially managing sub-contractors, invoicing, valuations with customers, and from time to time pick up running some of the smaller jobs on site.
The Quantity Surveyor must simply be able to keep track of 'what's going out the door and coming in'.
This role would also suit a combined Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager - and my client will consider and encourage all suitable applicants.
