Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Loughton area, is looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They have consistently been market leaders this year and to continue this success, they are looking for an individual with a vast amount of experience to join the team.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic - £25,000
- OTE - £40,000
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Career Progression
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
- Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
- Day in Lieu
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
- Experience Winning Instructions
- Experience Working in a fast-paced environment
- The Determination to push a branch forward
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience completing the full lettings life cycle
- A full understanding of legalities surrounding lettings
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Booking Viewings
- Booking and Winning Market Appraisals
- Negotiating offers
- Driving the business forward
- Tenant Qualification/Tenant Screening
