Lettings Negotiator - Epping
Salary £20,000 - £25,000, OTE £40,000 - £45,000
Pool car available for viewings
5-day week Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm
Our client the oldest independent estate agents based in the busy Epping area are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team. Priding themselves on customer service and professionalism. If you have local knowledge - not essential but preferred. A proven track record for meeting targets and previous experience within this role please contact us.

- A consistent and proven lettings record
- A highly driven and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to build rapport with applicants and landlords, as well as your team
- An awareness of current market trends and news
- Fantastic communication capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Driving License (Must own a car)
