Hiring Children Support Worker in Epping for a Special Needs School.
Start: ASAP or 4th November
Salary: £13/hr - £14/hr
Type: Full Time (Term-Time only)(Temp to Perm)
Timings: 8 AM - 4 PM
About School: A specialist school with provision specifically for young people aged 11-18 years who have Autism and co-occurring, complex needs.
Role Overview: As a Children Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and feeding needs.
- Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Right To Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship provided. Applicants on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for the position)
- Personal or professional experience working with children
- Personal or professional experience working with Special Needs
- Minimum one year experience working in the UK in a care or school setting.
- Fleunt in English
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (We can help you apply if you dont have already)
