Location: EpsomSalary:£31k - £35,4kFTEHours: Full-time, Term-Time Only (+5 INSET Days)

Contract: Permanent

LRC Coordinator’s Role Will Include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the LRC, ensuring a welcoming and engaging space for students
• Selecting and recommending books, keeping resources up to date across various subject areas
• Using library systems to track resources, manage borrowing, and create engaging displays
• Supporting students with independent study and promoting literacy initiatives
• Collaborating with staff to enhance cross-curricular learning experiences

An ideal LRC Coordinator will be:

• A highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for education
• IT-savvy and comfortable using library systems (training can be provided)
• A creative thinker who can promote reading and research skills in an engaging way
• Someone with experience in a learning environment (school/library experience is a plus!)
