Audit and Accounts Manager - About The Role
- Take control of a diverse portfolio of clients
- Lead Audit engagements, and if applicable, improve upon or implement your own testing methods
- Train junior members of the team
- Review accounts prepared by junior members of the team
- Prepare more complex sets of Accounts
- Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the firm, planning and strategizing
- Take a prominent role in bringing new clients into the firm
The successful Audit and Accounts Manager will have/be:
- A minimum of 4 years’ UK experience in Audit and Accounts is essential
- Qualified with ACA or ACCA (although PQ candidates may be considered)
- Drive and ambition to grow your career and ambitions to make Partner
- Strong communication skills and high level of confidence
