Our client, a successful family-run business based near Epsom, are searching for an experienced administrator to join their boutique wealth management firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that values company culture as highly as the work itself.

As a growing business, they are consistently onboarding new clients and reviewing existing ones, creating a need to expand their admin team to support this continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support within wealth management, assisting with case processing.
  • Work with back-office systems such as X-Plan, Intelliflo, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc.
  • Manage provider platforms and ensure smooth processing of investments, pensions, and portfolios.
  • Support in areas like Equity Release, mortgages, IHT planning, and protection.
  • Apply your knowledge of FCA rules and financial services operations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, tax-efficient investments, and portfolios.
  • Proven experience in wealth management admin support.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work with complex systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
